On March 20, the government of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region held an investment promotion conference and project signing ceremony for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in Beijing. The conference held a signing ceremony for investment promotion projects. The heads of 78 companies from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region successfully signed 80 projects with the autonomous region, involving new materials, equipment manufacturing, new energy, chemicals, agriculture and animal husbandry, modern service industries, and biomedicine 9 areas including energy conservation, environmental protection, and local-enterprise strategic cooperation, with a total agreed investment of 243.4 billion yuan.
